#264 Print is disabled after first attempt and causes crash

This is a multipart issue.

First, comment the following line in ChildFrm.cpp (causes the menu item to be disabled, method may be needed at later date):

ON_UPDATE_COMMAND_UI(ID_FILE_PRINT,OnUpdateFilePrint)

Updated VdbPrint.h, VdbPrint.cpp and ChildFrm.cpp (all three attached) to allow Print All, Print Selection, and Print Setup (for active instance of VTS).
