#239 RPM send dialg gets confused after sending RP

The Send dialog gets confused when changing between
different services.

For example, I generated a RP for
9300.DEV9300.ObjectList and then generated an RPM for
the same thing.

Returning to RP, I resent the same RP, and then
attempted to send an RPM.

The RPM controls still contained the values I had
originally placed in the controls, butnow it reports
that I need to add in a property ID. I deleted the
property ID that was there and re-added it but the
problem persisted.

While it is nice that the dialog remembers that last
values that were entered. If there were some way to
clear the dialog back to its initial values we could at
least work around these problems.
