The returned AL= { ..} message fails to compare in the
RP script.
Believe the failure is due to unsupported Services
that are resulting from Addendum B & C
The EPICS consistency check is saying there's a disparity
between what the BACnet Standard Application Services
Supported section of the EPICS states and the specified
property value. It looks like it thinks the bit should be set if
the EPICS specifies that the Device Initiates *OR* Executes
the specified service request, but validation of the
Protocol_Services_Supported property should only be based
on the services Executed.
