vtkObject obj2 = null;
obj2 = obj1.NewInstance();

IntPtr p1 = obj1.GetNativePointer() //return 862540
IntPtr p2 = obj2.GetNativePointer() //return 862600

obj1.GetReferenceCount() //return 1
obj2.GetReferenceCount() //return 2

As I understand "obj1" and "obj2" are references to different instances, but why obj2.GetReferenceCount() return 2?
