vtiger CRM 5.4.0RC Released

We are glad to announce the release of vtiger CRM 5.4.0 RC today. Thanks for your patience and support in ensuring one more feature full release.

This version includes some powerful new features and many usability improvements and around 100+ bug fixes.

vtiger CRM 5.4.0 GA release is expected to be around 2-3 weeks from now and we will be supporting migration path from 5.4.0RC to 5.4.0 GA.

vtlib plugin is intended to make it easy to develop on vtiger. Developers can use the API provided by vtlib plugin to add new modules, and change existing modules, without modifying the core system files.

vtlib 1.3 version includes a Module Manager to help administrators enable and disable the installed plugins.

A new vtiger CRM plugin, vgcal, has been contributed to vtiger forge recently to make it easy to interate with Google Calendar.

With vgcal, You can add/update vtiger calendar events on to your Google Calendar with a click of a button.

A plugin is now available (in beta) for users to synchronize Calendar and Contact information between vtiger CRM and other applications which support SyncML (ex: GMail, Zimbra)

To Install, just download the file below, and copye the syncml folder on your root vtiger directory, and be sure your webserver can write on file syncml.log thats all.
