#2 Varying links to user directories

Logging in as a given user presents links to files in the form of http://
host/username. However, the browse functionality presents links in
the form of http://host/users/username.

I'm not sure if there are inconsistencies elsewhere. It would be handy
if a user prefix was configurable such that user directories could be /
users/username with a web.xml variable change.
