This tool defines a series of rules for data sharing and information passage among users.<br /> Only the administrator can configure the workflows, from Settings &gt; Workflows.</p> <p>Select the module for which you want to create the workflow, than you can configure the workflow.</p> <ol> <li>Enter a name</li> <li>Decide when to run the workflow </li> <li>Define the condition(s)</li> </ol> <p>When to run the Workflow:</p> <ul> <li>Only on the first save: the condition is verified only when you first save the record</li> <li>Until the first time the condition is true: the workflow starts the first time the conditions is true </li> <li>Every time the record is saved: the condition is verified each time you save the record (creation, edit)</li> <li>Every time the record is modified: the condition is verified each time you modify the record (edit)</li> </ul> <p>Once saved, the button New Task appears.</p> <p>Add the Task to do when all conditions are true.
