The synchronization issue is important to me. A single encapsulated file 
is an excellent feature for me. At the very least, please always provide 
an option to keep things in a single encapsulated byte[]. I strongly 
suspect I will never write the management code to keep the separate 
files in sync as long as I have a choice.
