#3 Hard Phone Control

I'd like to see this tool be able to control my phone similar to a traditional CTI package would. For example, it would be nice to be able to click a button on the softphone and the call on my network device would transfer to the destination I chose on the softphone. Essentially any call control ability that I would normally use a #NN or *NN feature access-code to perform.

Not only a transfer ablity, but conference calls that would allow up to 10 total callers, and maybe a bandwidth monitor to let the user know how many people they have bandwith for. Ability to add, hold, mute, drop, any person to/on the call without affecting other callers in the conference.
- Also to allow control of the inbound call ringer volume, type of ringer -i.e- maybe visual flashing icon versus sound when on an existing call. This would be very helpful fir call waiting, conference calls, and when you have more than one line with calls going on each. Also allow a Mute as well as a Hold function.
