#38 Photos feature

It'd be really cool if there were an additional feature/tab called "Photos". Where the event lister after the event has occurred can go to that page, a list of only the events they have listed appear. They select one, and then upload photos.

The public can then browse all uploaded photos in the photo section, and in the original event listing, photo thumbnails appear and a link to the photo album for that event is listed.

Basically a photos feature for events.
