#16 Audit trail

I see there's a "recordchangedtime" and
a "recordchangeduser" field. It would be nice if there
was a "eventsubmittedtime" and "eventsubmitteduser"
and an "eventapprovedtime" and "eventapproveduser"
fields.

It would also be nice if the calendar admin could see
these records by clicking on the event.

If my workflow suggestion were implemented there
would be similar fields tracking each workflow step.
