#96 Database connector class too monolithic

The AAVSODatabaseConnector class is monolithic. It needs to be split up into classes corresponding to functionality, but not just because it is too large. Right now, it is actually possible to ask instances of the class to execute queries on the wrong database. Each new class needs to hide such details.

    This is an important refactoring, especially before we add any further database functionality (for obscode, discrepants etc).

    Database access has been replaced with web service calls as of 2.17.0.
