Add an optional name field to the simple file format so that the plot pane header and data tables can have a name instead of just Unknown Object. The AAVSO upload format which is the only other format in which you can manually upload a file and it has 24 fields that you have to include even though most will have “na” entries.

    #NAME=...

    was added in 2.19.0 as additions to simple and AAVSO download files. This allows the object name to be set so changes the plot title and Info dialog. No change is made to the observation list columns yet, e.g. adding one in the case of simple format files.
