As part of the Citizen Sky Mira Fourier Coefficient team's efforts, there is a need to generate relative amplitudes and phases from a model containing harmonics of one or more fundamental frequencies.

Grant Foster has written to me explaining what is required. Information about this can also be obtained from his Light Curve Analysis book, section 9.5.

As pre-cursors to this, the ability to include harmonics in models must be added. In addition, finding harmonics in a period analysis result will also help to determine how many should be included in a model.

    In http://vstar.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/vstar?view=revision&revision=835:

Added ability to show model equation in models dialog (relative amplitudes and phases will be displayed there later); added harmonics input dialog for modelling; changed refinement parameter dialog to show user selected frequencies but not to input harmonics.

Validated by independent check with Grant Foster running R code and VStar for same data sets.

Need to add UTs for regression test purposes.

Create a UT based upon examples from Light Curve Analysis book, section 9.5.
