I understand that VSS server marks files as read-only
until we check-out. But, there should be an option in
the plugin to keep local files as writable regardless
of the file attributes on VSS server.

I need this because I frequently switch between Eclipse
and other IDE and the 'read-only' pop-up is kinda
annoying.

Also, when I try to use directory synchronizing
programs to update my workspace, those programs fail
due to the read-only attribute.
