#54 Remote system configuration for eclipse

If VSS is installed in someother system, with this
plugin there is not way to configure the eclipse.

It makes the eclipse backdrop. As eclipse is open
source. And if we use one VSS for the all the users,
and we need all the systems have installed VSS. There
should be an option to access remove system's VSS.
