#41 Error 8007007e trying to share project

Installed plugin using both windows installer and by just
expanding the zip file. In both cases the installation
went smoothly. Menu option shows up in eclipse.
select team->share project
Share project form displayed
Enter user id, ( no passwd), vss directory, etc,
when I attempt to browse for Relative mountpoint, get
this error:

"Unable to read VSS-Path <path i entered>.
Database removed or unreadable?
Error 8007007e: The specified module could not be
found"

Totally out of ideas. This is happening only on 1 PC.
Other PC's here work fine.

Any recommendations?
