#98 Allow checkin/checkout in background

Allow checkin and checkout to be done in the
background. Normally this is not necessary, but when
working remotely from the VSS server through a VPN, the
checkout process for one file can take several minutes.

I second this request. We are required to use VSS across a
WAN and just doing a Refresh on a large project can take
upwards of 5 minutes. The ability to background this
process would allow me to continue working on other items in
Eclipse while the files are action is taking place. Thanks!
