Instead of hard-coding VSSListVersionsCommand.MAX_HISTORY_ITEMS, could we have it configurable?
Our group frequently labels checkin's and so the current value of MAX_HISTORY_ITEMS prevents us from doing meanful comparisons with file history from many versions back.
