#309 VSSPlugin for RSA causes file history to be deleted

Hello,

I am using Rational Software Architect (RSA), Version: 7.0.0 with VSS plugin for configuration management.(VSS Plugin Functions for Eclipse, version 1.6.1)

Sometimes, if i try to checkin a file from RSA, when the storage space on the VSS server is low, the entire history of the file is deleted permanently from the VSS.

I am not sure if this behaviour is only because of low storage space on the server. But this consistently happened for 3 files when the space was low.
