#305 Merging ask to do a checkout before merging
The Merge is asking to do a update to latest version in VSS before it merges your current file with the latest version in VSS. This behavior make no sense since that is the version you want to merge against. If you do the update you will destroy all your changes in the local file and you will be doing a merge against the same file.
