#296 File is not refreshed in editor on checkout

Using Eclipse 3.2.0M2 and VSS Plugin 1.6.1:

Started to edit a checked-in file in the editor,
prompt asks me to check-out. However, the file in the
editor is not refreshed properly. The problem is that
if another team member has edited and checked in the
file since I last did a refresh, I will loose his
changes when I check in my changes, since VSS
considers them to be deleted as they are not present
in the file I check in.

Originally this seemed only to happen with very large
files (5000+ lines), but recently this happened with
a small file also.

I suspect this can happen if one types-ahead while
the file in the editor is refreshed, but I'm not sure.
