css package doesnot display in Package explorer

Hi,
If any package dir name has scc, it doesnot display in
Package Explorer tree view mode. But it compiles
everything fine.

More Explanation:

My package declarations is as follows:

mycomp.proj.pkg1
mycomp.proj.scc
mycomp.proj.pkg2

Here pkg1 and pkg2 are showing in "Package Explorer"
window except scc package.
