#2 ssali.dll is excessive in setup

I think you should not provide the ssapi.dll file in
your setup. Neither register it as a COM. Because it
replaces the original ssapi.dll (from VSS 2005
installation) registration info after which your
great tool can't communicate with the VSS server.
