#2 Error running VSNUnit

When I attempted to use VSNUnit to run the tests in an
existing project:

I received the error:

I am running:
Microsoft Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4
I have two versions of the .Net framework installed
1.0.3705 and 1.1.4322

I attempted to download the code to trace the problem
but it is not in your file download area. I am new to
SourceForge and have not started using CVS. Please
post the source code in your file download area.
