#4 NullReferenceException when double clicking Testing icon

I pressed the Run test button without having any nunit
references in my solution. After the VSNUnit Error
message: "You must first add a reference to
nunit.framework.dll to your project, or choose a version
of nunit-console.exe to use." I closed the message.
Then double clicking the red testing icon in the VSNUnit
window caused a NullReferenceException to be thrown.
