#3 Auto-hide shenanigans

When the VS environment is set for auto-hide (in
particular, the VSNUnit interface), the results are
displayed in a "window" in the upper left-corner of the
screen, instead of the interface window. This fake
window is on the top layer and can't be closed, as far
as I can tell.

Also, once focus moves away from VS, the results
become unavailable for viewing, even though it appears
that Windows thinks there is a window available.
