#1 Authentication

I create a new user, I'n using the default authentication
method (AUTH_STD). When I try to login the vscweb,
the following message appears:

Fatal System Error!
An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
system administrator and return to the main menu.
Error message is as follows: Your browser did not accept
the cookie from the VSC!
Please make sure that your browser accepts cookies and
try logging in again.

And My Browser accpets cookies, any Idea?
