time/date in upper right corner of page in www interface seem to be
printing incorrectly every time the page reloads.

one page reload:

Sunday, April 25, 111204 12:00 AM 2nd time reload:(30 secondsish later)
Friday, May 21, 111204 12:00 AM 3rd time(another 20ish second later)
Friday, June 11, 111204 12:00 AM

maybe its reading the 'second' field as the 'day' field by accident?

This only occurs on systems using Smarty and PHP on x86_64 systems.
