The alpha 3 build has been posted.

The alpha 2 build has been posted along with the Installation and the user guide.

The first iteration of the project code has been committed to cvs today. It contains the base functionality that includes the taglib, user administration, and content administration. If all goes well, the initial alpha build will be posted later this week.
