Gravity simply stops working outside of bounding box. Yes, this is strange, but deliberate: typically, you would fall forever, into -infinity, if you leave the bounding box. Rather confusing for users... view3dscene is a general 3d browser, not a game, so I cannot just kill the player as he falls down :) That's why there has to be a limit where gravity just stops working. Hm, thinking about this, it would be probably more sensible to limit gravity to some minimal plane, instead of limiting it to bbox. I'll see, that's some idea for tomorrow. Michalis |
