#1 installation of vrsetup files

A problem is sometimes the .vrsetup files are not found & then things do not work right. in $G we have copied the .vrsetup files to some destination, but the are not always in the relative and absolute paths setup in the VRApp constructor.

We need to discuss edits to cavefront.vrsetup & how they should get installed & where they should get installed.

Needs to work for standalone-VRG3D and with $G.

New ideas people have floated include adding a command line parameter & an environment variable.
