Hi I am looking out for support on this software which i found on vrcc.senoctar.com website. I am an aspiring developer and working on developing voice over bluetooth connection for this software.. I unpacked this software but i am not able to compile it. Whenever i try compiling the main VRCCMain file it throws back some errors saying that symbol is not found. Can any one please get me the contact address or email address of the concerned person who can help me out with the step by step procedure??? I would be very very grateful. Thank You.
I am also working on it as a hobby project . even i am getting few errors . but i am trying to them solve on my own.
if you want complete knowledge , i think you should go ahead and solve it yourself. There are no major issues with the code. It could be simple installation problems sometimes. When you are aspiring to learn you should not ask for step by step procedures . All the best.
Usually major projects include a guide to compile, but this is a relatively small one and a skilled programmer should be able to get things going quickly.
The main problems would be the JNI libraries for Java and the overall difficulty of compiling Symbian projects (and C++ projects for that matter).
I have sent gautam217 the actual eclipse project I was working on, I never got to publish the source code for the latest version which consists of a major refactorig for the Java code and the inclusion of libjpeg for C++/Symbian code.
