VisualQT 2.0 sources available for download

We moved all VisualQT 2.0 to the QT Library. Although you can edit KDE classes if you want, no KDE are needed to compile and run VisualQT. Suports for editing menus and popups was also added to this release. See http://vqt.sourceforge.net for install instructions.
