We moved all VisualQT 2.0 to the QT Library. Although you can edit KDE classes if you want, no KDE are needed to compile and run VisualQT. Suports for editing menus and popups was also added to this release. See http://vqt.sourceforge.net for install instructions.

Visual Qt is just a rapid application development tool based on QT. It helps programmer in constructing GUI interfaces based on QT and KDE libraries. The sources this program makes are fully compatible with standard QT projects, and can be mixed with other project using Makefiles
