#4 global keyboard shortcut for popup

i would like to set a global keyboard shortcut to show
the chat window and minimize it back to tray. it's a
lot faster than clicking the tray icon.

it could be implemented as a command-line switch for
the vqcc-gtk binary. if the switch is supplied and
there is a vqcc-gtk instance runnig, it would toggle
the main window. this way anyone can setup his own
shortcut independent from the window manager.

Do you know of any gtk+ application capable of setting up a
global shortcut? That would greatly help in implementing
this feature.

I've been doing a fairly inextensive search for that on
google but failed.

i do not know of any app that can do that. that's why maybe
the command line switch would be an easier solution.

or maybe the running instance could just process some
specific signal sent by the kill command (or whatever).
