#3 disable clear passwords

It would be good to have the ability of turning off
display of clear text passwords in vqadmin even though
clear text passwords are enabled in vpopmail.

A lot of non-shell email admins would rather not
display email addresses through the interface, but it
is essential for SMTP AUTH with CRAM-MD5 ro have clear
passwords enabled in vpopmail. This would solve that
issue.
