#2 Updated features for comp. with new vpopmail and qmailadmin

Both vpopmail (5.4.0+) and qmailadmin (1.2.0+) have
newer features then those supported by vqadmin. For
example the valias and vlimits stuff in mysql.

It would be great when vqadmin would also be updated
to the same level as vpopmail and qmailadmin are.
