#214 5.4.32 Build failure

Using postgres option, build failed due to following items:
- vpgsql.c: "SqlBufUpdate" is written like "<strong>s</strong>qlBufUpdate"
- vpgsql.c: "PQresultStatus" is written like "P<strong>G</strong>resultStatus"

Using both postgres and valias options, build failed.
