Downloading VPLG from mirror servers

Some users reported they had problems downloading VPLG releases from the SF servers recently. So I have mirrored the releases on GitHub:

https://github.com/dfsp-spirit/vplg/releases

Be sure to download the binary zip files (e.g., vplg_2015_09_17.zip) unless you want to build the source code yourself.
