Happy to see this very good project still alive and now open source. Like the "os x port" feature request It woult be great having a port of Visual Studio In Linux. I used it a lot years ago when i was on window.

wine to my knowledge should work. never tried it myself, but i read multiple times on vpforums that it apparently works.
