Program

A program is a collection of teaching projects for a country and a year.
The volunteers apply for a specific program.

To create a new program, click on 'Add New'.
To modify an existing program, click on 'Edit'.
To remove an existing program, click on 'Delete'.

Filter

Into the Acronym field, input the acronym and press Filter. Only the programs with this acronym will be displayed.

Program details

The program contains information.

Program name: the name of the program. It must be meaningful to be able to recognize one program in the list.
Acronym: a shortcut to define the kind of program.
Country: the country in which the program happens.
Start date: beginning of the program. The year of this beginning date is used to define the year in the analysis result.
End date: end of the program.
Number of volunteer required: the desired number of volunteer for this program. Appears into the analysis.
Notes: additional information.

Volunteers

The button volunteers give the list of all the volunteers with an application for this program.
These volunteers can be selected to be added to a [Mailing_list] (mail or e-mail).
You can consult and modify any volunteer by clicking on the property icon [Image:document-properties.png].
