#7 using volnorm with crossfade plugin

i'm using 0.8.1 volnorm, 0.3.4 cropssfade, 1.2.8 xmms.

if the 'maximum multiplier' is set enough high, when a
crossfading starts (new song appears) and the next
song is louder than previous the output level suddenly
jumps up.
