What is this:
This is a P2P VoIP client that uses I2P to anonymize users.

Why:
Because Skype blows.

When will there be a release:
Sooner rather than later.

So what / who is bob?

BOB stands for Basic Open Bridge, it creates an easy way 
to create and destroy additonal i2p tunnels. 
BOB was written by sponge
The python bindings for BOB are written by socrates

Dependancies:

* Python 2.7

* PyAudio 0.2.4

* pygtk

* I2P 0.8.7+

Requires BOB forwarded to or running on the local machine
