#1 No register new contributer interface

No register new contributer interface.

Version 141.pluspack.public

Clicking on register invokes a search.asp that spins
forever.

User admin module has no add user functionality.
I would prefer to add contributers myself and not have
the register option on the main page.

Not a bug. User stupidity. Deletion of the keyworded article
having the link to the register function caused issue.
Copying the original article back corrected the problem.

You can see my first implementation of Phoenix Portal at
http://www.tillsons.org.

I will deploy a more interesting portal to
http://www.freedba.com where the language options will
become more important. Perhaps we will recruit additional
resources for globalization to the Phoenix project. I expect
a significant level of interest from India.

Keep up the level of excellence. I find it quite refreshing
to encounter engineers who typify the concept of Open Source
and excellence in Software Engineering.
