vnc2swf-users

Hi,

i'm runnning vnc server on pocket pc.
from winxp i can connect with ultravnc or tightvnc client.
but running vnc2swf.py give following errror.
i also tried with 1 frame/s, but same result,
i guess it can be due to some timouts as it is a slow devis,
any comment appreciated.

pls note that vnc2swf.py run using a vncserver on an xp machine.
