Ok, here's the distiction...
Shape:
pros: compatible with older Flash player (ver.5), faster encoding
cons: larger filesize, sometime getting slow to playback.
Video:
pros: smaller filesize, stable playback speed.
cons: only supported Flash ver.7 or newer, slower encoding.
(not suitable for on-the-fly encoding)
But recently most Flash players are ver.7 or newer,
so I recommend to record as Shape first, then convert to Video.
