Hi,=0A=0AThe problem with losing frames is that pvnc2swf takes too much tim=
e encoding the video.=0AThe recommended approach is to capture the screen u=
sing either shape or vnc mode.=0AAfter the capture you should use "edit.py"=
 to enable compression and may change the encoding mode to video, if desire=
d.=0A=0AChanging it to video is usually better when big areas of the screen=
 change frequently.  It saves frame image differences only, but mouse movem=
ents are treated as changes in the frame image instead of just saving the c=
ursor position.=0AShape encoding is better when the screen doesn't change t=
oo much or too often. It saves rectangular image areas of the screen that h=
ave changed between frames. The mouse movements are encoded as changes in c=
ursor position (few bytes needed) instead of changes in the image.=0ABut I =
recommend trying both to check which one gets smaller.  But don't forget to=
