[Vnc2swf-users] resizing captured video

Okay... I need a little help compiling/installing your program. Can  
you link me to a step-be-step walkthrough of how to install this in  
Mac OS X 10.5? I would like to use it in GUI form if possible. I  
installed python-2.5, and extracted the files provided, however when I  
try to run vnc2swf.py in X11 I get the message "vnc2swf.py: command  
not found." Please help!
