Yea! It works!!

I did these 3 steps:

sox test.wav  -r 11025 -c1 test11.wav resample -ql
lame test11.wav
./edit.py -c -o withaudio.swf -a test11.wav.mp3  -K 500  video.swf

I'm writing down a bash script that automatizes the entire process.
